Deadly Rivalry Or Just A Crush? (Preview)

Male!Ghoul!Reader x Touka Kirishima

  Nighttime, a bad time to be out, especially in Tokyo. Humans just couldn't walk around at night without praying that a ghoul wasn't around and stalking their next prey. Always having to fear being outside at night, or even the day. Who knows? In a alleyway was a poor lady, being mugged during the night. She just wanted to have a fun night, but that was ruined because of the man mugging her.


"Please, that's all I have!" She begged. The thug smirked and ran off, but that was when this guy was in his way of the exit.


"Hey, get the fuck out the way!" The thug pulled a gun. The guy blocking the way out the alleyway only stood there, not saying anything. It didn't look like he would move anytime soon.


"You better move or so help me I'll blow your brains out." The thug threatened, but it was at that instant the gun was shot out of his grasp. He looked at his broken gun in when he noticed a shard impaling the gun. He looked back the the man only to see a kagune sprouting from between the guy's shoulder blades. The thug realized and panicked when he realized what he was dealing with, a ghoul.


"I guess I can count you as midnight snack. I'll leave the lady alone. It looks like she had a rough night."  The ghoul said in a sickening voice. His ukaku kagune was out and he shot another shard at the thug and impaled him in his abdomen. He fell to the ground from the force and he screamed in pain. The thug's  fear increased when the saw the ghoul's mask. His mask sent chills down the thug's spine. Before the ghoul got to work, he looked at the young lady.


"I suggest you go now, or I'll have to make room for seconds." The ghoul warned her and she ran off.


"You forgot your purse." He said and threw it at her. She ran off again.


"Now, lets see. Want me eat you alive or you want me to kill you right now so I could spare you the pain? Your choice." The ghoul offered with a twisted smile as he took off his mask. The only sounds that were heard that night was a scream of pain, then the sickening sounds of munching and crunching. The ghoul only wiped blood off of his mouth.


"It's always the bad ones that have a little spice to it." The ghoul said with a sickening laugh. Out of pure reflex, he tilted is head thus avoiding a shard. He looked up to see a ghoul wearing a rabbit mask.


"Gotta be quicker than that!" He mocked the rabbit while putting his mask back on. He ran up the wall of the building next to him and leaped back, resulting in him back flipping and landing on a the building opposite to it. He ran across the rooftops and looked back to see the Rabbit giving chase to him.


"Hey, what's the big deal? Don't tell me I didn't trespass on someones so called hunting ground again!" The male ghoul yelled. The Rabbit gave no answer. He leaped from building to building in attempts of trying to outrun the Rabbit, but to no avail. 


"Screw this, this is the first time I've had difficulty outrunning a pursuer." The ghoul thought to himself. He stopped in his tracks and the Rabbit stopped.


"So, you're Vigilante." A female voice said from underneath the rabbit mask.


"I suppose. Is there a problem?" The male ghoul asked with a hint of annoyance.


"You're the problem." The Rabbit masked ghoul said.


"That's the thing." The ghoul said and his ukaku kagune sprouted from his shoulders. 


"Everyone has a problem with me."
